| I am a sophomore in college (not softmore, Will, not softmore). It's a good thing, but I feel almost like I'm trying to learn to ride a bike again. When I'm sitting in my contemporary civ. class, I'm surrounded by sophomores, just like myself, who somehow look so much older and more experienced. I suppose they could be in many respects, but why do I have to feel like this? It's some sort of personal feeling of inadequacy, I suppose. But I kind of get this sinking suspicion that I may never feel quite on equal footing with my peers. And that sucks. But maybe... Well, we'll see. |
